The Site describes our analytics, applications, automation, and agentic-tooling work. It is informational. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice for your specific situation.
Actual work for clients — market analysis, advertising management, measurement infrastructure, software tooling — is governed by a separate written agreement between Toolforge and the client. Where these terms and a signed engagement agreement conflict, the engagement agreement wins.
You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to breach its security, probe or overload its infrastructure, scrape it for resale, or use it to send us content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.
The Site’s content — text, design, graphics, and the Toolforge name and mark — belongs to Toolforge. You may read, link to, and quote it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale or pass it off as your own.
The Site and our tools interoperate with third-party platforms, including Google services. Those platforms have their own terms and policies, and your use of them is governed by those, not by us. Our handling of data received from Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Site is provided as-is and as-available. We work hard to keep what it says accurate, but we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site itself, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolforge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.
If we change these terms, the new version is posted at this address with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after that date is acceptance of the change.
